Using Elevenly
Elevenly is an educational practice service intended for the configured student age range (7-11). A student may use their verified account without linking a parent. Family linking is optional and lets one trusted parent view progress reports and use parent features. Give accurate account information, protect login details, and do not access another family or interfere with service security.
Learning information
Scores, explanations and mastery estimates are study aids, not guaranteed predictions of an entrance-exam result. Schools remain responsible for their own admissions decisions.
Accounts and families
Keep account credentials private. One child and one parent may form a family link. Entering a child code as a signed-in parent creates that link. After linking, only the linked parent account may unlink it.
Plans and availability
The checkout page shows the price, billing period and included paid features before payment. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. The billing portal lets the paying account manage payment details or stop renewal. Cancellation keeps paid access until the end of the current paid period unless law requires otherwise. Statutory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.
Acceptable use and content
Do not automate abusive requests, probe security, copy or redistribute the question bank at scale, upload unlawful content, or use Elevenly to harm another person. Past-paper links remain owned by their publishers. Original Elevenly questions and software remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
Liability and changes
We use reasonable care to keep the service available and learning material accurate, but no online service is uninterrupted and no study tool can guarantee an exam outcome. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Material changes to these terms will be shown in the service and may require renewed acceptance.
Ending an account
You may request account deletion in Settings. We may suspend an account used fraudulently or in a way that threatens other users. Terms that must survive deletion, including payment and legal records, remain effective.
